We feel grateful for all the Earth provides us, and always aim to give more than we take. If each one of us did that, the world would be abundant for all.
We work exclusively under a zero waste manufacturing process, upcycling any leftover fabric. We took a pledge to organic everything; collection after collection, we will strive to only use Certified Organic, Better Cotton (BCI) and Post-consumer Recycled Cotton certified fabrics. We don’t use any plastic to pack items at any point of the production or storage and ship each item in eco-friendly shipping materials that are either biodegradable or reusable. Your item arrives in a pouch made from defective fabric that otherwise would end up in landfills.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We truly hope you fall in love with every order you receive from us. That being said, if you are not completely thrilled with your purchase*, you have 30 days to return them. In order to do that, please pack the item (it must be in the same condition & with all brand tags) in the original box you received it in with the receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping your item(s) back to our warehouse. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you a notification about your refund. All refunds are made back to the original form of payment, this takes 5-8 business days from the time we receive your item(s) back.
We suggest using trackable shipping to return your item(s); we are not responsible if the parcel gets lost in shipping on the way to us.
*All sales of items on sale are final, there are no return options for those.
No exchanges are possible as of now, please return your item and please a new order.

WHERE AND HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
We design our products all around the world, combining the different elements of nature that we encounter through our journeys. During our travels, we have hand picked some powerful humans who are the best at what they do; they help us make these products for you. As of now, these lovely people create my products in Istanbul, Turkey. Feel free to have a look at @gunel.co to learn more about who they are.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW JACKET?
Please take a look at the washing instructions on your product. Some of my products require dry or gentle hand cleaning and the rest can be machine washed in cold water. We always recommend letting them dry outside, recharging their energy with the wind and the sun.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS?
We create very few custom pieces a year, to learn more about that dimension please reach out to email@example.com and share your wonderful dreams with us.
HOW DO GUNEL’s PRODUCTS FIT?
Our loose fit designs are one size fits most (S to L).
We work hand-in-hand with our pattern-makers, spending hours fit testing every design. We go above and beyond the standard development process to guarantee a perfect fit in each of our pieces. Most GUNEL products are oversized & unisex. If you are in love with one of our designs but are concerned about the fitting, please refer to the custom design section of this page.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
GUNEL accepts all major credit cards.
Occasionally we may have to cancel an order due to processing or payment issues. If your order is canceled due to suspected fraud or other processing issues, we will contact you to verify the cancellation or obtain the necessary information to complete the order. We cannot hold merchandise for orders that we cannot collect payment for. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of reaching out to verify information, we will have to cancel your order.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
Please double check that all the information is accurate before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee that changes can be made. If you do make a mistake on your order, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org as early as possible.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you have completed your order, we will send you email updates when your order is confirmed, has shipped and a last one when it is out for delivery. You can check the status of the parcel using the information in the email we send you. Please feel free to reach out to us for any additional information. Thank you for your patience, we really appreciate it.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method, but we strive to get your next favorite outerwear piece to you within 5-8 business days. International (non-US) orders will take additional time.
WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
All orders ship from Los Angeles.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?
We do our best to pack each item with a lot of care and love to ensure this doesn’t happen. That being said, if you receive any damaged items in your shipment, please email us at email@example.com with the order number, a brief description of the damage including photos of the damage. This must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item to be considered for a replacement or refund.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE?
If your package gets lost in transit, we will contact the logistics partner to understand what happened with that item. Any shipments delivered to the correct shipping address on order is no longer the responsibility of GUNEL; we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We are global citizens and want everyone to have access to our art, this is why we offer shipping to most countries in the world. In order to learn more about pricing, please advance to checkout and shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on your shipping address.
If you are ordering from outside the USA, you are responsible for payment of any additional duties, import taxes, and brokerage or customs fees associated with international shipping. We are doing our best to ensure this will happen in as few cases as possible, until we can guarantee that you will not be affected by any additional fees. In the case that there would be duties and taxes, these are nonrefundable.If you had an unpleasant experience with fees, please please send me an email to tell me what happened. With your collaboration we will be able to get this process stronger and smoother.
